Good juice begins
with choosing the fruit.
Ripe, early-season satsuma mandarins from Wakayama, mainly the Arida area, are selected for their balance of sweetness and acidity. Each fruit is peeled by hand before the flesh is pressed.
Fruit at approximately 11.5–13° Brix is blended to create a balanced taste. This describes the fruit selection and blending approach; it is not a minimum Brix guarantee for every bottle.

Is this orange juice or mikan juice?
Mikan is the Japanese satsuma mandarin. Kiwami is made with Wakayama-grown satsuma mandarins, rather than a blend of unspecified oranges.
Is sugar added?
No. Kiwami is 100% straight mikan juice, with sweetness from the fruit.
Is every bottle guaranteed to be 13° Brix?
No. Approximately 11.5–13° Brix describes the fruit used for blending. It should not be read as a guaranteed minimum or fixed sugar content in every bottle.
Can we order samples or a private label?
