Samples or prototypes, as a guide in about two to four weeks.
Quotation
One quotation in Japanese yen with the lead time, then a pro-forma invoice.
Production
As a guide, about four to eight weeks after approval, depending on the item.
Shipping
We prepare the export documents and ship by air or by sea.
Minimum order and price
Stock items can often start from one case, which is several dozen to a few hundred pieces, depending on the item. Private label and custom packaging need larger quantities.
Larger shipments lower the unit cost. Full pallets or container loads (LCL, 20 ft or 40 ft HQ) usually give the best prices.
Country of origin
AISEN makes products in Japan and also works with partner factories in other Asian countries. We confirm the country of origin for each item.
If you need made-in-Japan products only, tell us at the start, so we can suggest the right items.

Questions about household goods OEM
What is the minimum order for household goods?
It depends on the product and the specification. Stock items can often start from one case, which is several dozen to a few hundred pieces. Private label and custom packaging need larger quantities. We confirm the figures in our quotation.
Can I customise the product?
Yes. You can choose the material, shape, colour, size and packaging, and add logo printing. Design files and prototypes can be discussed.
How long do samples and production take?
As a guide, samples take about two to four weeks and production about four to eight weeks after approval. The actual schedule depends on the item and the quantity.
Do you have eco-friendly kitchen sponges?
Yes. There are kitchen sponges made from plant-based materials such as cellulose, bamboo rayon and loofah. Ask us about the materials and test data for your market.
Are the products made in Japan?
Not always. AISEN makes products in Japan and also works with partner factories in other Asian countries. We confirm the country of origin for each item. If you need made-in-Japan only, tell us at the start.
Can I combine different products in one order?
Yes. You can combine kitchen sponges, bath goods, body towels, konjac sponges and other Japanese goods in one order and one shipment.
How can I get better prices?
